Shipping Information
All orders are shipped in a 10"x10"x10" insulated cooler box. Heat packs or ice packs will be used when necessary and included at no extra charge.
Arrive Alive Guarantee
We guarantee every item you order from us to arrive alive and healthy. If for any reason one does not, contact us immediately and we'll work to remedy the situation. If you have any questions prior to your purchase, please ask. We will provide every customer with the tank specs from which your order came from to help in deciding the best course of acclimation.
